Returns and Refunds

Purchases made on our website are subject to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates distance contracts when goods are delivered to the buyer’s home, as these purchases are finalized outside commercial premises.

Checking the goods upon delivery

To ensure the quality of the purchased products, please check the following upon delivery:

  • The number of packages received must match the transport document.
  • The packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • Any damage or missing packages must be immediately reported to the courier.

Replacement of an item or its components

A product replacement is possible in the following cases:

  • The product is not functional from the first use.
  • The item is incomplete, missing some of the parts listed in the site description.
  • A shipping error occurred.

If your case falls into one of these categories, the return shipment will be at our expense, provided you contact us via phone or email in advance.

Return and refund procedure

To process a return and obtain a refund, the following are required:

  • Original receipt or invoice.
  • Bank details or other information to receive the refund.

The reason for the return must be communicated when making the request and included in the package along with the customer’s details. Once we receive the returned goods, we will confirm their arrival and proceed with the refund only after verifying the return.

Damaged goods upon delivery

If the received goods are visibly damaged, please:

  • Report the damage on the transport document upon delivery.
  • Inform us immediately so we can initiate the replacement procedure.
