HIGH SYSTEM YIELD. The total exploitation of the flame and the fumes given by the particular flue gas flow ensures a total passage of the heat to the water of the heating system.
TOTAL COMPATIBILITY. The Bi-Fire Mid thermo stove is compatible with any boiler, even wall-mounted gas boilers.
EASY TO INSTALL. The hydraulic components necessary for correct installation on the system are all mounted on the thermo stove, therefore no technical compartment must be created. The thermo stove is compatible with any boiler, even wall-mounted ones. In the event of a power failure, the fire goes out automatically. By moving the majolica top, resting on the upper floor, the system pressure is checked using the pressure gauge and the air is vented from the boiler body with the appropriate vent tap; by acting on the two lateral knobs the lateral flue gas passage is completely cleaned.
EASY TO CLEAN. Cleaning the flue gas passage is simple and quick. By manually operating the two lateral knobs you will then clean the lateral passage of the exiting fumes. All the ash falls to the base and is easily accessible by opening the two cleaning vents located under the flue gas passage.
EVERYTHING AS STANDARD. The standard equipment includes: “SICURO top” system, electronic control unit, system circulator, recirculation pump, closed expansion vessel, safety valve, system water pressure gauge, air vent valve, check valve, boiler drain cock , safety thermostat, smoke exhaust pressure switch, sealed combustion chamber, "Double combustion system", "Clean glass system", automatic smoke register on the wood side, thermostatic valve for combustion air on the wood side, adjustable feet.
TWO IN ONE. Two completely separate combustion chambers, one for pellets and one for wood, guarantee maximum exploitation of the flame and exiting fumes. This is why Bi-Fire Mid achieves high yields with very low emissions into the atmosphere. A single flue allows the installation of the thermo stove in any environment without complicated building work.
PELLETS MEET WOOD. Bi-Fire Mid can work only with pellets, only with wood, with wood with the possibility of automatically turning on the pellets as soon as the boiler water temperature drops, with pellets and wood at the same time. The weekly programmer allows automatic ignition of the pellets up to 4 times a day for the entire week. The large pellet tank (48 kg) ensures excellent operating autonomy, with long loading intervals.
EASY TO LOAD WOOD. Loading wood into the Bi-Fire Mid is quick and easy, as the fire chamber door is conveniently positioned and high enough to make this operation easy for everyone. Bi-Fire Mid is also equipped with a special smoke register on the wood side which opens automatically every time wood is loaded, to avoid annoying smoke coming out during this operation.
OPTIMAL COMBUSTION. The combustion of the pellets is "controlled" by the electronic control unit and therefore the correct supply of combustion air is ensured. To obtain the same result with wood, we have installed a special thermostatic valve on the Bi-Fire Mid which gradually closes the combustion air inlet when the temperature level set using the appropriate handle is reached.
RECIRCULATION PUMP. To obtain maximum heat exchange between the developed heat, the system water and the domestic hot water, we have installed a recirculation pump on the Bi-Fire Mid. By doing so, the passage of heat between fumes and water is optimized and the danger of possible condensation is avoided.
