TOTAL SECURITY. Nuova Belvedere works at zero pressure and therefore, even in the absence of electricity, it does not present the risks due to a possible boiling of all the products on the market today.
VERY HIGH OVERALL PERFORMANCE. Nuova Belvedere totally exploits the heat of the fumes, in addition to that produced by the fire, thus having an extraordinary yield. The post-combustion which is triggered thanks to the particular air vents on the side of the brazier guarantees low emissions into the atmosphere.
HIGH SYSTEM YIELD. The total exploitation of the flame and the fumes given by the particular flow of fumes and the considerable size of the exchange elements ensures a total passage of the heat to the water of the heating system.
SIGNIFICANT PRODUCTION OF DOMESTIC HOT WATER. The exchanger responsible for producing domestic hot water is of considerable size and is installed at the point at which the water reaches the highest temperature, thus guaranteeing the possibility of showering for an entire family.
REDUCED WOOD CONSUMPTION. By making the most of the heat produced by combustion, we have reduced wood consumption to a minimum, thus achieving significant economic savings compared to all other fuels in use today.
TOTAL ABSENCE OF CONDENSATION. During normal operation, unlike any other product, absolutely no condensation occurs inside the boiler body as the temperature variations are minimal. This is a peculiar feature of the SICURO top System.
EASY ASSEMBLY. Nuova Belvedere does not require an open vessel on the system or hydraulic components. No niches or technical compartments need to be created as the thermo stove has all the necessary hydraulic components already fitted as standard. Installation by the plumber is therefore very simple.
REMOVABLE EXCHANGERS. The 'heart' of the thermo stove, i.e. the two stainless steel exchangers installed in the upper stainless steel tank, are removable to have the possibility of being replaced in the extreme case of their failure
. GALVANIC PROTECTION. Thanks to its special magnesium anode, specifically designed for the thermo stove, the protection of the boiler body and stainless steel exchangers from stray currents and possible galvanic corrosion is guaranteed.
TOTAL COMPATIBILITY. Nuova Belvedere, thanks to the Sistema SICURO top system, is compatible with any boiler, including wall-mounted gas boilers.
EASY TO INSTALL. The hydraulic components necessary for correct installation on your system are all mounted on the thermo stove. The connection compartment of the Nuova Belvedere is accessible from inside the combustion chamber; just remove the fire surface, the ash drawer and the bottom closing plate. It is thus possible to place the thermo stove close to the wall, inserting it harmoniously into your home. By opening the connection door you can check the pump, the safety valve and the system pressure using the pressure gauge. It is also possible to fill the system or empty all the water from the boiler body using the appropriate boiler drain cock, the automatic primary smoke register, the second manual smoke register.
EVERYTHING AS STANDARD. The standard equipment includes: Sicuro Top System, electronic control unit, system circulator, closed expansion tank, safety valve, system loading group, boiler loading group, pressure gauge, air vent valve, check valve, tap boiler exhaust, automatic primary smoke register, manual secondary smoke register.
CERAMIC GLASS. The glass of the fire door is a ceramic glass with heat resistance up to 850 °C
MAIOLICA CLADDING. Refined and elegant, with attention to the smallest details, covered with fine majolica made and decorated by hand by master craftsmen.
STEEL BOILER BODY. The boiler body is made of thick steel, a guarantee of quality and durability. The electronic control unit is equipped with: Digital water temperature thermometer. Pump thermostat to control the start of the system circulator. Valve thermostat for controlling the three-way motorized valve installed on the domestic hot water system. Auxiliary thermostat for switching off a combined boiler when the appliance is in operation. Service thermostat for controlling an additional pump or solenoid valve. Acoustic alarm to signal any case of overtemperature. LED level switch to signal the lack of water level inside the boiler body
TOP SAFE. Timed "DHW" function which temporarily excludes the system circulator to give full power to the domestic water.
