Fokus will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with available couriers such as Fercam and Italsarda in the Islands, D.B Group and Bianchi in Europe and worldwide. The couriers will contact the customer at the phone number provided at the time of the order to arrange the day and time for delivery.

The delivery times for the goods are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 days in Europe from the date of crediting to Fokus's bank account in case you decide to pay by bank transfer or in the case of payment with PostePay top-up.

For shipments outside Europe, please write to us or send an email, and we will be happy to inform you about the timing and submit our best offer within a few days.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

All deliveries are considered to be made at ground level.

Under no circumstances can Fokus be responsible for courier delivery delays.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note.
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet.

Any damages must be immediately reported to the courier, possibly by rejecting the goods, or otherwise by stating on the transport document "Acceptance with Reserve" and immediately notifying it to the address: info@fokussrl.com.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase by our system and added to the total amount.
