Fokus will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with available couriers such as Fercam and Italsarda in the Islands, D.B Group and Bianchi in Europe and around the world, who will contact the customer at the telephone number indicated at the time of order, to agree on the day and time for delivery.

The delivery times of the goods are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 days in Europe starting from the crediting in the Fokus bank account in case you decide to pay by bank transfer or in the case of payment by Recharge your Postepay.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

All deliveries are considered to be made on the ground floor.

Under no circumstances can Fokus be responsible for delays in delivery by the courier.
