Fokus will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with available couriers such as Fercam and Italsarda for the Islands, D.B Group and Bianchi for Europe and worldwide. The couriers will contact the customer at the phone number provided during the order to arrange the delivery date and time.
Delivery times are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 working days in Europe from the moment the payment is credited to the Fokus bank account in case of bank transfer or PostePay recharge.
For shipments outside Europe, please contact us via email, and we will be happy to inform you of the delivery times and provide you with our best offer within a few days.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday during regular working hours.
All deliveries are considered made to the ground floor.
Fokus cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier.
Upon delivery, the customer must check:
- That the number of packages matches the quantity indicated in the delivery note (D.D.T.)
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet.
Any damages must be immediately reported to the courier, preferably by refusing the goods or, if not possible, by noting "Delivery with Reservation" on the transport document and notifying Fokus immediately at: info@fokussrl.com.
