Fokus will deliver the products ordered online to the address specified in the order in collaboration with available couriers such as Fercam and Italsarda for deliveries to the islands, D.B Group and Bianchi for deliveries within Europe and worldwide. These couriers will contact the customer at the telephone number provided at the time of the order to arrange the day and time for delivery.

The delivery times for the merchandise are 15-20 working days in Italy and 30-40 days in Europe from the date of credited payment to Fokus' bank account in the case of bank transfer payment or PostePay recharge.

For shipments outside of Europe, please contact us or send an email, and we will be happy to inform you of the timing and provide our best offer within a few days.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. All deliveries are considered to be made at ground level.

Fokus cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier under any circumstances.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note.
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet.

Any damages must be immediately reported to the courier by possibly rejecting the goods or, failing that, by placing the phrase "Acceptance with Reserve" on the transport document and immediately communicating it to: info@fokussrl.com.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase by our system and added to the total.
