Gasification Wood Boiler MA-N Lambda – Maga

The MA-N wood gasification boilers meet the strictest European requirements for ecological and economical combustion, compliant with 5th emission class (EN 303-5:2012) and ECODESIGN standards. They represent the most ecological way to use wood, saving on operating costs and enhancing user comfort.
Available in power versions of 28 and 38 kW.

The boilers are built with high-quality materials. Their main advantage is a simple construction, consisting of an application and combustion chamber, a highly resistant refractory concrete nozzle, high-temperature-resistant ceramics, a tubular heat exchanger, and mineral insulation. The boiler body is made by welding high-quality steel sheets. The internal part consists of a 6 mm thick boiler steel sheet. Combustion operates on the principle of high-temperature generator gasification (approx. 1100-1250 °C). The combustion of wood gas is assisted by an extractor, which draws primary air into the chamber and secondary air into the nozzle via dampers controlled by a Lambda sensor. This combustion system is extremely economical, saving up to 40% of fuel compared to traditional wood combustion in cast iron boilers. The boilers are equipped with a safety cooling heat exchanger to prevent overheating.
Other advantages include high reliability, low wood consumption, simple operation, dust-free operation, combustion of both soft and hardwood, a large feeding chamber, minimal waste, and automatic fan and pump shut-off.

Basic boiler cleaning is very simple thanks to the lever. Repeated movements clean the heat exchanger sufficiently. The operator’s comfort during fuel refilling is ensured by the exhaust fan, which draws exhaust gases so that smoke does not escape into the environment.

It is recommended to connect the boiler with Magamat or LADDOMAT (Laddomat 21-60, 11-100 depending on power), which achieves a minimum return water temperature to the boiler of 55°C as protection against low-temperature corrosion. The boiler outlet temperature is maintained in the range of 80 to 85 °C.
